01 Information PixelPoint uses
PixelPoint does not require an account and does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data or tracking data.
When you choose photographs using Apple's system photo picker, PixelPoint receives only the photographs you select. PixelPoint stores copies of selected photographs, editing instructions, projects, Sets, Favourites and Custom Looks in the app's private storage on your device so that you can continue your work later.
PixelPoint does not upload your photographs or edits to ORStudios servers.
02 Photos access and sharing
PixelPoint uses Apple's system photo picker to let you choose photographs. When you select Save to Photos, PixelPoint requests permission to add the edited result to your Photos library. PixelPoint does not delete or modify the original photographs in your Photos library.
If you choose to share an edited photograph, Apple's share sheet sends it to the service or app you select. That destination's privacy policy then applies.
03 PixelPoint Pro purchases
PixelPoint Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. PixelPoint receives purchase and entitlement information needed to provide Pro features, but ORStudios does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
04 Data retention and deletion
Your PixelPoint projects and settings remain on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall PixelPoint. Deleting a PixelPoint project removes PixelPoint's local project files but does not delete the original photograph from your Photos library.
05 Children's privacy
PixelPoint does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
06 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if PixelPoint's features or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date.
